Our goal: To create a positive, competitive, and respectful environment where all players can learn, grow, and excel.
Parents play a vital role in their child’s football experience. We ask all parents to lead by example and follow these guidelines:
· Encourage & Support: Cheer positively and respect the coaches’ decisions.
· Sideline Conduct: No coaching from the sidelines—let the coaches do their job.
· Respect Officials & Opponents: No arguing with referees, opposing teams, or other parents.
· Be Punctual: Ensure your child arrives on time for practices and games.
· Stay Informed: Keep up with team updates, schedules, and team meetings.
· 24hr rule: We ask all parents to refrain from contacting coaches who are looking to provide feedback and constructive criticism until after 24 hours of a game or cheer competition.
By working together, we create a strong football community that supports player growth and sportsmanship!
