2026 Dibs and Volunteer Sign-ups
What is DIBS?
At YYTFC, we rely on the support of our amazing families to make each season successful! As part of our program, families are required to complete volunteer hours to help with various tasks throughout the season—this could include working the concession stand, helping with game-day operations, or assisting at events.
What is DIBS?
“DIBS” is our volunteer tracking system that allows families to sign up for and claim volunteer opportunities. These hours are essential to keeping our program running smoothly!
What is the $200 Buyout?
For families who are unable to commit to volunteer hours, we offer a $200 DIBS Buyout option. Instead of volunteering, this fee financially supports the program and helps us cover the areas where extra assistance is needed.
Your Options:
✅ Fulfill your volunteer hours = No extra cost!
✅ Opt-out of volunteering = Pay the $200 DIBS Buyout
This flexibility allows families to participate in a way that works best for them while ensuring our program remains strong and well-supported!

Failure to complete your family’s volunteer responsibilities (four credits for one athlete, eight credits for two or more athletes) in full, will result in the cashing of your volunteer deposit check. You will have the opportunity to buy out of your family’s volunteer responsibilities during the registration process. The buy-out is $200 per athlete.
Submission of deposit check ($200 per athlete, to be written on separate checks) at uniform pick-up is mandatory for any athlete that did not buy out of their volunteer responsibilities. Your athlete will not be permitted to pick up their uniform until their deposit is received. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Once completing registration, you will receive an invitation to connect with the system. It is essential for you to accept this invitation so you can access athlete information and continue to receive emails from YYTF. If you are having a problem accessing the Dibs system, it is YOUR responsibility to contact the volunteer chair or website coordinator to resolve the issue.
